Retroactive License Fee 125

This listing provides a formal Retroactive Commercial License & Discharge of Liability for the unauthorized commercial display, hosting, or retail listing of Sabcat Printing's copyrighted artwork ("Nigel Guillotine"), to people we have contacted with the offer.

Terms of License & Release:
Scope: Grants a single, retroactive non-exclusive commercial license covering past unauthorized digital display, storefront listing, or minor retail distribution prior to the settlement date.

Release of Claims: Purchase of this digital license fully satisfies all outstanding administrative and civil claims by Sabcat Printing (Andrew Fox) regarding the specified listing. Upon cleared checkout, Sabcat Printing releases the purchaser from further legal recovery or retroactive damages for past use.

Condition: Strictly contingent upon the permanent removal and ongoing non-distribution of the artwork across all sales channels. This is for who we consider to be "small players". As an example, for the Limited Companies this offer is not open to them.
